Phase 1 (Weeks 1–5): Setup & Launch

• Deliver kits and verify inventory
• Provision LMS (teacher/admin/student)
• Teacher training (basic → advanced)
• Orientation sessions for students
• First projects live in classrooms

Phase 2 (Weeks 6–26): Delivery & Review

• Weekly sessions per grade band
• Monthly assessments and feedback loops
• Mid-point review with leadership
• Student showcase/exhibition
• Teacher & student certifications

• Training, session plans, LMS support, monitoring & evaluation, helpdesk

Risk & mitigation

• Timetabling conflicts → early timetable lock-in and backup slots
• Kit loss/damage → issue–return logs; spare stock
• Teacher turnover → recurring training calendar; documentation on LMS
